Important Note: RupeeDraw is a digital app-based service. No physical products are shipped for participation — draws are entered digitally. This policy covers delivery of physical prizes won through our lucky draws.
RupeeDraw delivers prizes to winners located anywhere in Pakistan. We currently do not ship prizes internationally. All prize logistics are managed by RupeeDraw and our delivery partners.
Draw result published in-app and winner notified via SMS/email.
Winner submits CNIC copy for verification (2–3 business days).
RupeeDraw arranges prize delivery or collection.
Prize delivered to winner's address or collected from city hub.
All prize delivery costs are borne by RupeeDraw — winners pay nothing for delivery of their prize within Pakistan. For very remote areas, RupeeDraw may request the winner to travel to the nearest city hub; in such cases, reasonable travel reimbursement may be offered at RupeeDraw's discretion.
For vehicles and large appliances, winners will be contacted to arrange collection from a designated RupeeDraw partner location in their nearest city. Winners must bring their original CNIC and a copy of their prize notification letter.

The RupeeDraw mobile application itself is available for free download on Android. No shipping is involved for accessing the app or participating in draws. Wallet deposits are made digitally via PayFast payment gateway. Draw entries and referral points are managed entirely within the app.
