Welcome to RupeeDraw. By downloading, registering, or using the RupeeDraw mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About RupeeDraw

RupeeDraw is a digital lucky draw platform operated by RupeeDraw (Pvt.) Ltd., registered in Pakistan. Our platform allows registered users to participate in prize draws at a cost of PKR 1 per draw entry, using a pre-funded in-app wallet balance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan with a valid CNIC or other recognized identity document.
• Employees, directors, and immediate family members of RupeeDraw are not eligible to participate in draws.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. RupeeDraw will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Wallet & Deposits

Deposits are processed via PayFast (powered by Avanza Premier Payment Services). By making a deposit, you also agree to PayFast's payment terms. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5. Pricing & Draw Entry Fees

• Draw entry fee: PKR 1 per ticket
• Minimum wallet deposit: PKR 10
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• RupeeDraw reserves the right to introduce new draw categories at different price points with prior notice.

6. Referral Program

• Users may share their unique referral link to invite new users to the Platform.
• Referral rewards are credited as Referral Points, not cash.
• Referral Points may be converted to wallet balance at a rate determined by RupeeDraw and communicated within the app.
• RupeeDraw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the referral program at any time.
• Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, self-referrals, etc.) will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all points and balance.

7. Draw System & Winner Selection

Winners are selected using a certified automated random number generation (RNG) system. The draw process is transparent and verifiable. Results are final and binding. No manual intervention occurs in winner selection.

8. Prizes

• Prizes include but are not limited to: motorcycles, cars, electronics, and Umrah packages.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Winners will be notified via the app and the registered mobile number/email.
• Winners must verify their identity (CNIC) before receiving a prize.
• RupeeDraw reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

9. Prize Delivery & Shipping

Physical prizes are delivered to winners within Pakistan. Delivery is coordinated by RupeeDraw after winner identity verification. Expected delivery time is 7–14 business days from verification. Delivery is free of charge to the winner. For large items (e.g., vehicles), the winner may be required to collect from a designated location in their city. See our full Shipping & Delivery Policy.

10. Refunds & Returns

Draw entry fees (PKR 1 per ticket) are non-refundable once a draw has commenced. Wallet deposits that have not been used for any draw entry may be eligible for a refund under specific circumstances. See our full Refund & Return Policy.

11. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer the draw system.
• Engaging in fraudulent referral activity.
• Any activity that violates Pakistani law or regulations.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including the RupeeDraw name, logo, graphics, and software is the exclusive property of RupeeDraw (Pvt.) Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Limitation of Liability

RupeeDraw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited in your wallet in the 30 days preceding any claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

16. Changes to Terms

RupeeDraw reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
